To make the Dough Balls you will need:
1 pack of Isabel’s Dough Balls Mix
160g water
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 large free range egg, lightly whisked (65-74g)
100g grated cheddar cheese
Please note: I advise on the pack and above using just 1 egg to prepare the dough balls, but 2 eggs will produce lighter dough balls and more nutritious, but please remember to reduce the water (140g) if using 2 eggs to prevent the dough from becoming sticky.

And the cheesy dough ball mix are just amazeballs! My teenage daughter now no longer misses garlic dough balls, these satisfy her a treat. Her friends request the pizza base as well as saying it’s way better than a normal pizza. Happy days!

As a coeliac I have been a customer of yours for a long time. I find all
your products a necessary part of my diet and they are all reliable and
tasty when cooked according to your detailed instructions.
My favourite is the dough ball mix as everyone who visits me expect them
to be on offer! Delicious and so adaptable for flavours. Quick and easy
to prepare with spare dough balls frozen before cooking. Brilliant!

These are unique and utterly addictive. We started eating them when we lived in Brazil and I was over the moon to find Isabels when we returned to the UK. My husband is coeliac but our whole family adore these. Please never stop making them!

This mix is wonderful, so easy to use and the dough balls (I make mine with the added cheese) are scrumptious! I use all the mixture and freeze half of the balls before baking. They cook well from frozen and so easy, just straight from the freezer, bake and eat!!!

A great product that can be used for more than dough balls. We like to press the mix into a flatbread and bake. Topped with any suitable fillings they are yum!

I love these. I usually order them in a chain restaurant that I go to. But now I have them at home whenever I like. Its great that they can be made and cooked from frozen. I added some chilli flakes to a batch . tasted great . They are easy and quick to make . No fuss and only requires additional store cupboard ingredients to make . Thank you for a great product

If there was one product that makes up for being coeliac it is these!! They are so delicious and fun. And dead easy to make. I split them into 16 rather than 24 as it’s easier (cos you just keep halving!) and I like my doughballs a little bigger!! I usually add some garlic granules, chilli flakes and rosemary.
We usually eat half and freeze the others (before baking) for a later date.
