To make the Dough Balls you will need:
1 pack of Isabel’s Dough Balls Mix
160g water
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 large free range egg, lightly whisked (65-74g)
100g grated cheddar cheese
Please note: I advise on the pack and above using just 1 egg to prepare the dough balls, but 2 eggs will produce lighter dough balls and more nutritious, but please remember to reduce the water (140g) if using 2 eggs to prevent the dough from becoming sticky.

Absolutely delicious. My family eat these all the time and we arent even gluten intolerant. They are so so moorish, i even make a treat for my dog from the dough as she has allergies and she loves them.

Love, love, love these bites of heaven!
A firm favourite in our house for all our friends and family… great with cumin seeds mixed in for a really fresh flavour and fabulous for mopping up pasta sauce.
Be warned, once you start you wont stop eating them!

So good! Extremely easy to make and very tasty, the whole family loved them. Next batch I think I’ll add mozzarella and salami in the middle.

Absolutely wonderful. In 5 years of being gluten free (after being diagnosed at hospital) these dough balls are the best ‘bread’ product I have tried. So glad I came upon them in Morrisons and I’m now going to try the rest of the range.

Thanks Isabel these are the most delicious dough balls I’ve ever tasted and the uncooked dough mix freezes really well.
Would love it if you brought out a bread range next please.

We love Isabel’s; pizza, cheese breads and Yorkshire pudding mixes. My other half is Brazilian so after discovering pao de queijo in Brazil we were delighted to find these in the UK as I can’t eat gluten and they are delicious.
