Description
Crepes make an ideal vehicle to convey delicious fillings as they are soft, easy to roll and also very tasty. Eat them loaded with fruit and sweet treats or fill them with various savoury foods such a fried chicken strip, cold sliced meat, fish or vegetables – accompanied by shredded lettuce, diced tomato or guacamole, sautéed mushrooms, bacon, grilled onions, cheese and dressing. Your imagination is the only limit with this delicious crepes. They freeze well and can be defrosted for a few seconds in the microwave or ambient.
To make the Crepes you will need:
1 pack of Isabel’s crêpe Mix
2 Large Free-range eggs (approx. 145g)
320g Milk or soya milk
1 Tbsp of vegetable oil
Makes: 8 (approx.) crepes.
Other Uses: Great for making cannelloni styles dishes.

Isabel sent this as a freebie with my order. I have a recipe my mum used which I sub with gluten free flour so wouldn’t have ordered it… But wow! Sublime! Really soft and thin, incredibly yummy. My husband is sleeping in and didn’t get any, we just couldn’t hold back! Definitely worth ordering next time 👍🏻

Easy to make, light and very very moreish.
I like them rolled up stuff with mince meat, rice and chilli sauce.
They are great cover in banana, Nutella and cream
