Isabel’s all-purpose Cassava flour is quite different from the common Tapioca flours and starches widely available in the UK. It can substitute wheat flour 1:1 in many recipes in cooking and baking. Perfect for coating and quickly make chicken nuggets or fish goujons. Specially selected varieties of the Cassava root are expertly prepared and milled to produce the finest and best tasting gluten and grain free flour..
Makes light and fluffy cakes and helps extend the shelf life of baked items. Also can help improve gluten free bread making. Very economical to use, a little bit goes a long way.

First time I’ve used Cassava and I’m impressed. As mentioned this can be subbed like for like with normal flour as the absorbancy is the same. No grittyness, no odour and great in cakes too I’ve made Apple and Cinnamon Cake and Chocolate Chip Banana Bread now…both came out perfectly light with a lovely texture.
