This is an excellent flour. It saved my gluten free life. I use it to make wraps, dumplings, dim sum, gnocchi, pastry. I love that it’s a whole food that’s good for your microbiome and not an nutritionless simple starch.. I love the attention put into its production so that you can trust it’s providence and quality every time you use it. Would be lost without it

A really good smooth finely milled flour. Ideal replacement for any wheat or grain flour. Easy to recommend it.

Wonderful cassava flour, I’ve used it for so many things!

This flour is great! I have a gluten allergy and have been making tortillas with this cassava flour. It has a very fine texture and is the nearest thing to wheat in flavour that I’ve tried. I will certainly be buying lots more!

Best cassava flour ever! A game changer! Out of all the GF flours that I tried, this one is hands down the best substitute for regular wheat flour! I wish Isabel’s was available in France. I love it and highly recommend!

This flour is the best gluten-free flour. Initially we only used it to make gluten-free crepes, but following my son’s experiments we have started using it for pizza bases and tortillas wraps. We eat grain-free for severe coeliac & this flour has made our diet feel more ‘normal’. I highly recommend it!

This flour is amazing! I made biscuits with it that turned out beautifully and had a great ‘snap’. A lot of gluten free flours can taste quite gritty, but not this one. Definitely sticking to this one for my future baking needs! 5☆☆☆☆☆

So far I’ve only used this for making gluten free chicken goujons which were fantastic but I’m keen to try a few other uses for this versatile flour. Great product!

I used this flour last night. I was actually intending to use it for baking or for pastry but in the end i made dumplings as i was cooking a casserole.
I’ve missed dumplings these last few years since being diagnosed coeliac. I have tried ready made GF dumpling mixes but with no success. The last time i tried, they were like golf balls, heavy and stodgy and had to be thrown away.
I used the Cassava flour with some GF suet (had to buy online as it never seems to be available in shops). I added half a teaspoon of Isabel’s baking powder (to one tablespoon of GF suet and 2 tablespoons of Cassava flour water). The result was superb. They were light and fluffy, just how i remember from years ago. i now need to experiment on different dishes with this flour!
