To make the Yorkshire puds
You will Need:
1 pack of Isabel’s Yorkshire Pudding Mix
2 Large free-range eggs (approx. 145g)
160ml milk or substitute
1 or 2 tsp vegetable oil per pud
Top tips: Can be baked in one 32cm baking tin. If making the puds diary free use a high protein milk substitute for best results.
Makes: 12 puddings when using a muffin tin

The Yorkshire pudding mix is absolutely the BEST and will never even attempt to make my own with gluten free flour.I have yet to try other products in the range, but I will do as Isabel has definitely got the Midas touch.I have even sent a batch to a friend in Portugal as he is a Coeliac and craves Yorkshire puddings- he doesn’t know they are on the way- would love to see his face when he opens the parcel.

Have just taken delivery of your fabulous gluten free Yorkshire pudding mix, which is simply the best I have tasted. Tried making Yorkshires with gluten free flour, does not work as well as your product. Thought you would like to know that I have used some recently which had a June 2019 date on the pack, as it somehow was at the back of a cupboard-but it was still amazing.
