These are fantastic and taste heavenly
Mrs S. Murray & family –
I just want to say a huge THANKYOU for your wonderful Yorkshire Pudding Mix which made the most wonderful puddings for our Christmas meal of roast beef. They were stunning!
Both myself & my adult son are coeliacs & my husband & my son’s girlfriend are not & yet we all enjoyed your puddings so much. They are the closest thing to Yorkshire’s made with normal flour only even lighter.
We’ve already bought our next pack to make more. Looking forward to trying your pizza base too.
Thanks again for making our Christmas meal so good,
Gorgeously GF Blogger –

Mrs A. Bradbrook –
Having tried various gluten free products over the past twelve years, Isabel’s is the first that makes me feel I can enjoy flour products like pizza, dough balls and Yorkshire puddings that are as good – if not better than- their wheat flour equivalents. Not only that, but her mixes cam be used in her online recipes to produce delicious pastry and cakes: at last I don’t need to feel I’m missing out on things most people enjoy without a second thought.

‘Gluten free must have!’ – Wonderful product, the puddings are easy to make, rise beautifully and most important they taste great. My gluten eating family prefer them over normal Yorkshires. Well worth the money- fab product.
