Large Gluten Free Yorkshire Puddings?
This large Yorkshire pudding was the highlight of our Christmas dinner last year. They are also ideal served filled with stews and other innovative ideas.
Baking Time: 25 minutes approx.
- 1 Pack of Isabel's Yorkshire pudding mix
- 2 Large free range eggs
- 160ml/g of cow's or soya milk
We often get asked if it is possible to make a large Yorkshire puddings rather than the small individual ones, and the answer is yes you can!
To make round one like the one in the picture, I used a heavy based George Wilkinson baking tin 23cm diam x 4cm high approx. to make the puds, but any Victoria sponge tin will do for making the large puds.
I also used a 32cm rectangular roasting tin to make a single large pud.
