To make the Yorkshire puds
You will Need:
1 pack of Isabel’s Yorkshire Pudding Mix
2 Large free-range eggs (approx. 145g)
160ml milk or substitute
1 or 2 tsp vegetable oil per pud
Top tips: Can be baked in one 32cm baking tin. If making the puds diary free use a high protein milk substitute for best results.
Makes: 12 puddings when using a muffin tin

Hi, I would like to say a big thank you for your Yorkshire pudding mix and your gravy granules. I have tried quite a few different brands and not liked any of them but yours is the closest I have found to the real thing. Sunday dinner is a meal to be enjoyed again! My kids who are not Coeliac also enjoy them so i only have to make the free from instead of both kinds!

As an expat living in Canada it’s difficult to find Yorkshire pudding mixes here. On a recent trip home I found this product and decided to buy a couple of packets. Just tried them and they were fantastic. I’ve tried to make my own but they end up looking like hockey pucks!!

My partner is Coeliac and trying to find good free from foods can be difficult most times. We bought your Yorkshire pudding mix and we have to say they are the best Yorkshires i have tasted, so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, absolutely delicious.
We take our hats off to you for these delicious creations and I can safely say these will be a our first choice with a roast and most certainly recommend to family and friends.

AMAZING! My partner is highly gluten intolerant and an amazing cook but Yorkshire Pudding is one recipe we’ve not been able to crack…. Isabel’s GF Yorkshire Pudding mix got delivered to me as a substitute and we were totally blown away by how much they rose and more importantly, how great they tasted! They were so good we ate all 10 in one sitting!

At last! I can enjoy Yorkshire puddings again! I have tried various recipes and shop made gluten free puddings but they have been sorry attempts. Isabel’s Yorkshire pudding mix rose beautifully and kept the inner softness I remember from making them with wheat flour.
