OMG! The best Yorkshire pudding mix (gluten or non gluten free) you’ll ever have. It was a happy accident we got this mix rather than frozen GF, pre made yorkshires, and they are perfect! You would never know they are GF!
A MASSIVE we’ll done to Isabels… we’ll be ordering 20 packets at a time!

Such a great mix – always results in big tasty puddings for our roasts or toad in the hole. Am sure I’d use even if I could take gluten!

Yorkshire pudding mix is really good. My wife made some ordinary ones and some with this mix, the family couldn’t tell the difference, excellent.

I have to echo what everyone else has already wrote. I have had many disasters with homemade GF Yorkshire puddings (I gave up in the end) and resorted to frozen ready made ones.
Yes, the frozen ones fill a gap and suffice but are nowhere near as satisfying as the the ones I remember. And of course you cannot buy ready made large GF puddings or have the option of toad in the hole etc. I used the sachet this evening to make toad in the hole. I followed the instructions to the letter and it was absolutely divine. I meant to get semi skimmed milk, but picked up skimmed in error but was still perfect, just as I remember. My partner was very impressed too and he is not coeliac (and usually a good judge of what works when GF. The difference was imperceptible from regular Yorkshire puddings. I shall be stock piling!

This is truly the best, yes slightly expensive, but 200% better than any other tried my son can eat a tray full after years of being deprived but having to watch everyone else scoff normal ones. I don’t think I would be able to tell the difference if I didn’t know they were gluten free.

Hi, I am writing this to say how much I love your products especially the batter mix for Yorkshire puddings.
I have tried all the recipes with epic fails. Your mix rose and tasted like the real thing even my kids and partner couldn’t tell the difference.
Thank you for making me feel like I was eating non gluten and wheat free Yorkshires have missed them so.

I love making Yorkshire puddings with this mix, my kids love it when I do toad in the hole too. A true family favourite.
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to get this mix anymore from my local shops so we haven’t had for a long time. If I can find it again it will be a definite buy.

The whole family agrees that this makes superb Yorkshire Puddings – even those who don’t have to be gluten free. Wouldn’t use anything else now.
