…we want to make our products 100 percent dairy free by the end of 2018.
Our Pizza Base and Dough Balls Mixes have been quite popular over the years and so we have been reluctant to make any changes to the recipes.
But omitting the milk from the formula will ensure that these products by a broader consumer base. In recent tests the result were excellent as long as the milk substitute used is a good source of protein.
The recipes work really well without dairy and even without the egg, although without the latter you’ll need to add a couple extra ingredients for best results.
Frustratingly enough, as a small supplier sometimes we cannot bring the changes as quickly as everyone wants, because of the costs involved. But we are working hard and preparing to make the change when the current packaging ends.
Here is a sneak peek of the new packaging, I hope we can all agree that this is a major improvement on the last design.
