Description
Ingredients
Cassava (Tapioca) Starch, Modified Cassava Starch (100% Cassava), Milk Powder, Natural Cheese Flavour, Salt.
Allergy Info: For allergens, see ingredients in bold.
To make the Dough Balls you will need:
1 pack of Isabel’s Dough Balls Mix
160g water
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 large free range egg, lightly whisked (65-74g)
100g grated cheddar cheese
Please note: I advise on the pack and above using just 1 egg to prepare the dough balls, but 2 eggs will produce lighter dough balls and more nutritious, but please remember to reduce the water (140g) if using 2 eggs to prevent the dough from becoming sticky.

Ocado stopped carrying these (their mistake) so bought direct. These are incredibly easy to make and truly delicious. We make in big batches and freeze for when we have guests, although I’ll admit I’m sometimes loathe to share! 😉

The first time I made these for my family, we had one of those “are these definitely gluten free?” moments because they’re so delicious! They’re a big hit with coeliacs and gluten eaters alike and always go down a storm. They’re best straight from the oven when they’re all goey and crisp – just heavenly!

Our family favourite. Goes well with any sweet or sour sides. Gentle on a little tummies.

Please, I need to know! Don’t tell me you’re not doing the cheese bread mix anymore 🙁 It disappeared from Ocado and I could not find it here in the website either. It was the best mix ever. Please don’t stop it!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Having to eat gluten free and being a vegetarian we often miss out on yummy things until I came across your dough balls. AMAZING!!!! Not only are they low in fat but also no maize which a lot of coeliacs can not eat although it is in many gluten free options. Thank you; hope your range continues to grow with loads more gorgeous things.

I tried one of your dough balls at Olympia, and was so impressed that I bought a few packets, not quite finished them yet.
