To make the Dough Balls you will need:
1 pack of Isabel’s Dough Balls Mix
160g water
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 large free range egg, lightly whisked (65-74g)
100g grated cheddar cheese
Please note: I advise on the pack and above using just 1 egg to prepare the dough balls, but 2 eggs will produce lighter dough balls and more nutritious, but please remember to reduce the water (140g) if using 2 eggs to prevent the dough from becoming sticky.

They are amazing…. My 5 year old daughter is coeliac and most of the products are tasteless and dry. Isabel’s are stunning… We are all eating them… The product will fly off the shelves….especially the pizza base and the dough ball mix. Please, please make it easier and tastier for my little Girl!
Caroline –
Isabel’s mixes are high quality gluten free mixes with no added horrors that one normally finds in other gluten free foods like low quality soya flour and additives.

It’s a great product, specially the dough balls mix as we don’t find it here in Wales.

The secret of coping with a gluten free diet is to have as many gluten free ingredients and substitutes available as possible. It’s not just about buying ready-made products you heat up and eat; you have to learn how to cook it. Isabel’s mixes are necessary store cupboard staples.
Rachel –
My daughter is 10 and coeliac and loves both the pizza bases and dough balls, they are so easy to make.
Joanna –
It would be wonderful if more shops supplied Isabel’s products. Although the availability of gluten free products is growing, compared to regular products what is available is still very small. Both my children have coeliac disease, and are also vegetarian. This leaves us with an even more limited choice of what to buy. Products such as Isabel’s give us the chance to give them fun, nutritious food just like their friends have without it making them ill.
Ms S. Jonczyk –
They are delicious, gluten-free and all natural (very important for a growing number of consumers).

Gluten free and maize free products are very difficult to obtain PLEASE get some near to me (Cambridge)–an 88 year old nearly going frantic!

Quality and unique products that aren’t replicated three of four times on the gluten free shelf,

Having bought the dough balls for my own gluten free diet, I now find that the whole family is devouring them with gusto. The dough balls are really delicious made with Emmental cheese and make a great accompaniment to any meal.
