  1. Ruth Dallen

These are absolutely delicious. I can remember eating gluten ones and these are so much better than those. So light and fluffy.
I did make them slightly bigger that the recipe says.

  2. Emma Mellor

My daughter (10) adores these and us who are not GF, have been known to pinch the odd one, we love them.

  3. Cibely Mascarenhas

I am Brazilian and Isabel’s dough balls are the best that I could find outside Brazil. It is really taste and easy to make it.

  4. Istvan Reti

Isabel’s cheese balls are so delicious, our favourite snack.

  5. Jean

The dough balls are just marvellous. Came across them years ago at Booth’s supermarket, Penrith, but now there is no need to travel that far south. Now to be able to acquire these products online is just fantastic.
The dough balls I usually just add the grated cheese, red Leicester, it makes such a beautiful colour combination.
Making them up as far as the “ball” stage and then freezing them is a great success. Always some in the freezer to enable that impromptu wine and cheese evening, sitting in the garden catching the evening sun, at present just the two of us and the dog, but maybe one day with friends around.
Couple of packets in the dry store cupboard and a couple of packets partially prepared and in the freezer are definitely a must.
Gluten Free products have so increased and the choice is so varied, long may this continue.

  6. Miriam Jones

These dough balls are so delicious! Top tip: use mozzarella instead of hard cheese and they’re super stringy – we also added twice as much cheese as suggested and they’re incredible.

  7. J. Shaw

Thank you very much for the very prompt delivery of Isabel’s products. A definite 5 star service. Using DPD for delivering your products is a tribute to your products. Good products and delivered by an amazing company.

  8. Lesley Henderson

I love these dough balls. They are very easy to make and freeze well uncooked then bake from frozen. My non GF family and friends also love them. Would definitely recommend them.

  9. Michele Yealands

These were easy to make, tasted delicious and the whole house ate them. I’m the only GF in house, but to have something everyone will eat is great.

  10. Veridiana Morelli-Granger

Being Brazilian and loving cheese balls (or pao de queijo) this was a god save when I first purchased on amazon a few years ago. I’ve bought other brands before, including the most popular ones in Brazil, but none of them come out as nice as Isabel’s one. The cheese breads/balls come out light and the recipe makes quite a few! I recently bought from this website and it arrived so quickly and I’m very excited to make pao de queijos again! Thank you Isabel for these! please keep making them and the big box again 🙂
