Nutritional Information
These lovely little mouthfuls are called pão de queijo (‘cheese bread’) in Brazil. Their delicate cheese flavour, crisp crust and chewy, airy texture makes them fantastic with soups, as canapés, mini-sandwiches for packed lunches, or for breakfast with butter and jam. Enjoy cold, or fresh and warm from the oven.

At late 70’s we had never had dough balls until a young friend introduced us. This product of Isabel’s is fantastic and has revitalised our taste buds! We now use them as pre-dinner nibbles (in place of nuts) to accompany drinks.
Well done and thank you.

These are light, scummy and amazing. I add lots of different cheeses to alter the taste. But they go nicely with a pizza and beer. I do find that the rest of the family find them appealing, which is a shame as they disappear very quickly

Scrumptious!
Cheryl Beer –
I love these, so do all my friends. It is my go to pick for taking to parties,

These are a perfect addition to a gluten free diet, The only problem is that the whole family arrive as soon as they come out of the oven. For me the best thing is that being made of Mandioca flour (Cassava) they have none of the odd flavours that one normally gets with gluten free products. I just wish our local supermarket hadn’t stopped stocking them.

Had these shipped out to America and Australia for my Granddaughters baby led weaning. A success. Thank you for working out the shipping etc for Australia. Both were expensive to ship but when you are not there to treat, you do what you can. These are vegan which suits us fine. I also enjoy the cheese ones.
