My son loves these waffle mixes. We have tried other mixes but these are the best.

Lovely and light but need to cook them several minutes longer so that they retain their structure and don’t go all doughy and floppy. My waffle maker makes only 4 per pack.

Hi Roberta,
Thank you very much for your feedback, I really appreciate receiving it. Just picking up on the issue you mentioned about the structure of the waffles, I have made these many times and haven’t come across this same issue. However, one top tip I know to be helpful is that this flour blend performs better when the milk used is high in protein (in case you’re using a plant base milk substitute), also, the egg size really matters here to get best results. Most supermarkets’ ‘Large’ eggs are on the smaller size of the scale weight wise, at just 63gs and we are looking here for a large eggs weighing at least 72g-74g each. I would also recommend that you weight all the added ingredients even the milk as this will give you more consistent and better results. I hope this information helps. Isabel

The Yorkshire pud and waffle mixes are both great, so very pleased my son introduced me to them. The waffles I make in the Belgian style, i.e. separate the eggs from the whites, mix in the yolks with milk and oil then whip the whites and gently fold into the mix. They are super light…and very yummy.
Thank you for a great product.

These are crispy, very light, not heavy. Very easy to make. I use a waffle maker – toasted sandwich make with interchangeable plates. The makes about 8, which I ate during the day as I kept going back for more!!!

great tasting with a crispy texture waffles, which unfortunately for me were popular with the non-coeliac person in this household
