Gluten free waffle bowls

Gluten free waffle baskets, they are fun, quick to maker and so tasty. They are perfect for you to create amazing dessert or starter.
You’ll need: A basket maker
Baking time: 1-2 minutes each
Ingredients
For the batter
- 1 pack Isabel’s Yorkshire pud mix or Waffle mix or Crepe mix
- 2 large free range eggs
- 160g milk or substitute
- 50ml vegetable oil
Method

- Prepare the Isabel’s Yorkshire pudding mix as direct on the packaging, adding the vegetable oil to the batter and mix well.
Brush the waffle bowl maker lightly with oil and turn it on. Add the batter to each cavity as per instruction, taking care not to over fill. Leave about 1 cm off the top of each mould cavity. - Close the machine and wait until the lights goes to green. They should be ready, close the machine and leave for another minute or so.
For Filling:
The waffles bowls are great served with fruit and ice-cream or savoury.
Savoury: Stews, scrambled eggs & bacon or fondue.
Sweet: Fruit, ice-cream chocolate, toffee or fruit sauces.
