Gluten free waffle bowls
Gluten free waffle baskets, they are fun, quick to maker and so tasty. They are perfect for you to create amazing dessert or starter.
You’ll need: A basket maker
Baking time: 1-2 minutes each
For the batter
- 1 pack Isabel’s Waffles mix
- 2 large free range eggs
- 160g milk or substitute
- 50ml vegetable oil
- Prepare the Isabel’s Waffles Mix as direct on the packaging.
Brush the waffle bowl maker lightly with oil and turn it on. Add the batter to each cavity as per instruction, taking care not to over fill. Leave about 1 cm off the top of each mould cavity.
- Close the machine and wait until the lights goes to green. They should be ready, close the machine and leave for another minute or so.
The waffles bowls are great served with fruit and ice-cream or savoury.
Savoury: Stews, scrambled eggs & bacon or fondue.
Sweet: Fruit, ice-cream chocolate, toffee or fruit sauces.
